Rotary Accumulation Tables
Q-Pack's rotary accumulation tables give your packaging line a buffer. The motorised turntable collects containers coming off one machine and holds them until the next machine is ready, so a short stop at the labeller, capper or case packer doesn't force the filler to stop too. When the downstream machine restarts, the table feeds bottles back onto the conveyor in a steady stream. Available in 800mm and 1000mm diameters, the tables suit round bottles and jars on small and medium lines, in wine, spirits, beer, food, dairy and cosmetics production. The same table also works as an end-of-line pack-off table, collecting finished product for operators to pack into cases.
