Q-Pack supplies volumetric and piston liquid filling machines that dispense an exact measured dose into every container, whatever the product's viscosity. The range handles thin liquids through to thick sauces, creams, honey, jams, oils, pastes and chemicals, filling bottles, jars, tubs and pouches. It runs from air-powered bench-top piston fillers for small batches to four-head automatic lines at 12,000 units per hour, with no drips or waste.

Volumetric (piston) fillers draw a set volume into a cylinder and push it into the container, so every pack holds the same quantity even if containers vary slightly. They suit viscous products, products with pieces, opaque jars and tubs, and anything sold by volume or weight. Level fillers (such as gravity and isobaric) fill each bottle to the same height, which suits thin liquids in clear bottles where the visible fill line matters.
