Accumulation, Pack-Off & Feed Tables

Accumulation and feed tables keep containers flowing steadily through a packaging line, so one short stop doesn't bring everything to a halt. A rotary accumulation table buffers bottles between machines, giving the line time to recover when a labeller jams or an operator changes a reel. An unscrambling feed table takes a batch of loose containers and turns it into a steady single-file stream for the filler. Which table do you need?

  • Rotary accumulation table: Sits between two machines, such as the filler and labeller or labeller and case packer. It holds bottles while the next machine catches up, so a short stop downstream doesn't stop the filler.
  • Unscrambling feed table: Sits at the start of the line. Operators load loose containers onto the table, and it feeds them single file onto the conveyor.
  • Pack-off table: Sits at the end of the line. It collects filled, capped and labelled product so operators can pack cases at a steady pace.
