Diaphragm Pumps

Debem Foodboxer diaphragm pumps are constructed entirely from mechanically polished AISI 316L stainless steel. These pumps are IECEX certified, making them suitable for use in potentially flammable environments such as distilleries and alcohol production facilities. The pumps are designed to handle a variety of challenging conditions: they can run dry without sustaining damage, are capable of pumping over long distances, and can self-prime up to 6 meters, which is beneficial in difficult suction scenarios. They can manage fluids with viscosities up to 50,000 centipoise, depending on the installation, and can handle solids up to 4mm in size. The patented stall protection feature ensures continuous operation even in the event of a pressure imbalance, preventing stalling. Flow rates can be easily adjusted by modifying the air inlet pressure, allowing for precise control to meet specific process requirements. These pumps are versatile, capable of handling viscous fluids with low moisture content and aggressive chemicals, thanks to the availability of various diaphragm materials.
