Euro System Monoblock Filler

The Borelli Euro System is an automatic rinsing, filling and capping monoblock for medium to large producers, running up to 3000 bottles per hour. Rinser, gravity filler and capper sit on one base, so one machine replaces three separate stations and the conveyors between them. Built by Borelli in Italy, it's designed for flexibility: one or more capping heads can be combined on the same frame to apply cork, ROPP, crown seals, capsules, plastic caps and screw caps. The Euro System fills wine, spirits, juice, oil, vinegar, water and chemicals in round and shaped bottles. Paired with a Borelli Multihead capping system, it scales to 16,000 bottles per hour. It is best for wineries, distilleries and oil producers moving from semi-automatic filling to a full automatic line at 1800-3000 bottles per hour.
