The La Minerva Record 520 is a professional machine designed for medium-scale use, ideal for vacuum packing a wide variety of food and other products that may deteriorate when in contact with air, thereby extending their shelf life. Strong, fast, reliable and easy to clean and use, the La Minerva Record 520 is constructed entirely from stainless steel and offers 10 different working programs. The body and vacuum chamber are made from high-grade stainless steel. An electronic vacuum control system allows the user to set the percentage of vacuum to be achieved within the bag, while automatic calibration of the pressure sensor guarantees accurate performance under varying conditions. An additional vacuum function enables the attainment of an appropriate vacuum level for each product, ensuring optimum preservation.
