TSP 2002 & TSM2005 Cappers

Tecnomax Due TSP2002 and TSM2005 bench cappers bring production-line capping to small-volume producers, at around 500 bottles per hour. Tecnomax Due designs and builds the ROPP and magnetic torque capping heads used on high-output bottling lines, and these bench units use the same heads. Choose between two models, the TSP2002 or TSM2005. The TSP2002 is a electro-pneumatic unit where the bottle rises into a rotating capping head, and requires compressed air. The TSM2005 is fully electric, where the capping head descends onto the bottle, and no compressed air needed. Both apply ROPP aluminium caps, standard on wine and spirits, or pre-threaded screw caps with a magnetic torque head, depending on the head fitted. Best for producers bottling up to about 500 bph who have outgrown hand-capping or a hand-held capper, and want a consistent seal and torque on every bottle.
