TU600 Packing Monoblock

The TU600 is a compact automatic case packing monoblock that opens and squares American-style (RSC) cartons, then loads bottles into them with a mechanical pick-and-place head, at up to 500 cases per hour. That's up to 6000 bottles an hour in 12-packs, or 3000 in 6-packs. It replaces a hand-packing team with one machine on a small footprint. The frame is stainless steel, format changes between case sizes are quick and simple, and the open design gives operators a clear view of every stage. Maintenance needs are low. Manufactured in Italy by OMA1971, and supplied locally by Q-Pack. Best for wineries, breweries and beverage producers running 1500-6000 bottles an hour who are hand-packing today and don't have room for a full packing line.
