For this project, the goal was to eliminate manual handling between processes and increase daily throughput without a massive factory footprint. After careful consideration, the solution recommended by the Q-Pack team was a synchronised line featuring the Borelli Ciao+ XP bottling monoblock and the Enos Kappa labeller.
The line begins with the Borelli unit, a compact "3 in 1" bottling monoblock designed for high quality production. This unit features a rinser which ensures every bottle is clean before filling, a 10 head gravity filler for precise filling in every bottle, and a screw capper to finish the process. Feed tables bring the bottles to the Enos Kappa, a robust linear labelling machine. This unit is ideal for applying front and back labels on round bottles for consistent branding every time.
