Bottle Drying System
The Matrix Drying System is designed to remove moisture from bottles before labelling and packaging, ensuring consistent application and avoiding issues caused by residual water. Neck and full-body drying is achieved through strategically positioned air knives, operating at 0.12 bar and heated by blower compression to around 45–50°C. This ensures effective performance with sleeve labels, paper, and OPP roll-fed labelling. Available in models with 1 to 6 blowers, the system is adaptable to line speeds from 3,000 to 50,000 bottles per hour, offering reliable drying across a range of packaging formats.
