Tecna G-V Gravity Filler

The TECNA G-V-RS is an electro-pneumatic gravity filling system for still water and ready-to-drink beverages in glass bottles. Filling recipes can be quickly selected via the operator touchscreen. Once the valve opens, the product flows gently along the bottle wall—guided by a swirl system—for smooth, low-turbulence filling. A dedicated air return manifold keeps displaced air separate from the product tank, ensuring product integrity. Filling stops automatically when the liquid reaches the vent tube. The system supports a wide range of still beverages, subject to product characteristics and shelf-life requirements. With PLC-stored recipes and rapid format changeovers, the G-V-RS offers excellent flexibility. A centralised fill-level adjustment system is also available. Models range from 12 to 110 valves, with outputs of up to 40,000 bottles per hour.
