Customisable CIP plants ranging from 10 to 200 hL in size.
Continuous carbonation unit for the automatic production of carbonated beer, cider and wine. The system processes two components, product and CO2, that are dosed by high precision flow meters, mixing it in line and, at the end, storing the product in a final buffer tank. A static and dynamic mixer guarantees high quality standards of the final product. The system consists of a product dosing unit with a magnetic flowmeter, a carbon dioxide dosing unit with a mass flowmeter, and a buffer tank for the final product, with additional equipment available including a plate heat exchanger for product cooling with chilled water, monitoring and adjustment of CO₂ volumes in the product, and a modem connection for remote maintenance.
