Automatic Box Taper

This automatic "fixed format" case sealer is ideal for long production runs with consistent box dimensions, efficiently applying two self-adhesive tape stripes along the middle line of the upper and lower boxes. Its intuitive, simple, and fast adjustments make it suitable for a variety of industries, including beverage, food & dairy, household & personal care, pharmaceutical, and e-commerce. The machine features an automatic four-flaps folder device and manual adjustment for different box sizes via handles. It utilises side drive belts with a speed of 21 m/min and includes side pressure rollers to keep top flaps securely closed. The working height is adjustable from 500 – 750 mm. For safety, it is equipped with side safety protections connection to electro-pneumatic disconnection switches.
