Automatic Palletiser
Machine designed for palletising “American” style cases, PVC crates or bundles.
Monoblock designed for efficiently preparing and packing bottles into cases, featuring a capacity of up to 10,000 bottles per hour. It is equipped to erect case bottom short flaps and then prepare the pack of bottles for insertion. The machine picks up and inserts cardboard divisions into the case, with the division head moving on two electro-pneumatically controlled axes. It includes a flat case magazine adjustable for various sizes, with the flat case pick-up mounted on a ground-mounted, electromechanically controlled motorised axis, managed by an encoder for precise positioning. The carton division magazine is conveniently positioned on top of the case magazine. A motorised bottle conveyor feeds bottles in a single row to the machine. Once filled, the case is transferred from the packing area to the bottom and top closure area, where it is sealed using hot-melt glue. The subsequent case unloading occurs on an electromechanically controlled axis. The unit's controls are managed via a user-friendly touch screen display, and it comes complete with comprehensive safety guards.
