Divider Inserter

This machine is designed for automatically picking up, opening, and inserting solid carton divisions into cases. Units are available with an output starting from 750 divisions per hour. The division magazine is adjustable to different sizes and features a pitch-to-pitch movement that compensates for division thickness. An electro-pneumatically controlled system further refines this by compensating for any thickness difference between the division's centre and ends. A carriage equipped with suckers performs the pick-up, opening, and insertion of the divisions into the cases. An automatic centring basket facilitates the easy insertion of the division inside the case. All machine operations are managed via a touch screen display.
