Packing Monoblock
Monoblock for the entire case packing process up to 10,000 units per hour.
This machine is designed for automatically closing the top flaps of "American" style cardboard cases using hot-melt glue, with an output ranging from 800 to 1,500 cases per hour. It features an automatic device to select cases at the machine infeed. A sensor detects case presence, enabling the lowering of the selector for the synchronised entrance of bars for case transfer. Cases are then transferred to the closing and sealing group via a bar operated by two parallel chains. The front short flap is closed by a moulded device as the case passes, while the back short flap is closed by an electro-pneumatically controlled "hammer". A photocell detects case presence to control glue distribution, ensuring precise application on the first short flap, a pause, and then distribution to the second short flap, managed by a gluing unit complete with a fusion tank, glue hose, 4-nozzle gun, and electro-valve. The long flaps are automatically closed by a double parallel electro-pneumatically controlled device. The entire unit is managed via a touch screen.
