Packing Monoblock
Monoblock for the entire case packing process up to 10,000 units per hour.
This machine is designed for automatically erecting "American" style cases or bag-in-box containers, with bottom flap closure achieved by hot-melt glue. It offers an output starting from 14 cases per minute. The unit features a flat case holding magazine that is adjustable for various sizes. Cases are picked up by an arm equipped with suction cups, managed by a depression air system. This arm retrieves the flat case from the magazine, opens it, and transfers it to the glue distribution area. Case advancement is electromechanically moved by pushing bars, with positioning controlled by an encoder and speed managed by an inverter. The machine includes automatic closure of the bottom short flaps, along with electro-pneumatically controlled case squaring devices. It also handles the closure of the long bottom flaps and holds them during the automatic pressure phase. A touch screen controls the unit's operation, and safety guards are included for secure use.
