Automatic Depalletiser

Unit designed to depalletise new bottles from pallets with overlapping layers, using a pick-up system. Suitable for use with glass bottles. Pallets are fed manually by the operator after removal of film and layer pads between the layers of bottles. The automatic cycle is then started by the operator. The manipulator/picking head, featuring two-axis movement and inflatable bars, picks up a layer of bottles, transfers it and discharges it onto the evacuation table. An electro-pneumatically controlled centring frame ensures the layer is properly aligned during depalletising. The bottle evacuation table is constructed with a stainless steel frame, adjustable supports, a plastic chain or belt and a fixed-speed drive. The subsequent bottle alignment and single-lining table utilizes parallel chains with different speeds and an automatic alignment or unscrambling system. A touchscreen display allows for convenient management of machine functions and for the diagnosis of any anomalies. All safety guards are included in compliance with current safety regulations.
