Automatic Palletiser

Machine designed for palletising “American” style cases, PVC crates or bundles, with product fed from the lower section of the machine. Output ranges from 15 to 40 cases per minute. The motorised conveyor utilises a step-by-step chain movement, allowing for the formation of carton rows in a pre-programmed configuration. An electromechanically controlled pusher then transfers each row of cases onto a fixed intermediate platform before subsequently loading the entire layer into the palletising head. The intermediate platform securely holds the complete layer of cases prior to transfer. The palletising head is equipped with four side compaction guides and a lower moving platform, all electromechanically controlled for precision and stability during stack formation. Anti-fall safety mechanisms are triggered in the event of a machine emergency stop, cutting off air feed or infeed voltage and unlocking safety doors. The pallet conveyor, featuring motorised rollers within a zinc-coated frame, efficiently moves finished pallets forward. The machine’s software is controlled via a touchscreen interface, and all safety guards conform to current CE regulations.
