America Isobaric Monoblock Filler
The CIMEC America is a rotary isobaric (counter-pressure filler for carbonated drinks, supplied either as a standalone filler or as a complete monoblock with rinsing, filling and capping turrets. It fills beer, cider, sparkling wine and soft drinks into glass and PET bottles, running at 1800-3000 bottles per hour. Choose a mechanical filling valve, or the electro-pneumatic version for full control of each filling phase: pre-evacuation, CO2 injection, pressurisation, filling, levelling and degassing can each be set individually. That gives consistent fills, low oxygen pickup and repeatable results across products with different carbonation levels. Manufactured in Italy and supported locally by Q-Pack. Best for breweries, cideries, sparking wine and soft drink producers moving to automatic bottling up to 3000 bottles per hour.

Mechanical or electro-pneumatic valves?
Mechanical valves are simpler and lower cost. Electro-pneumatic valves let you set each filling phase per product, which suits producers running several products or carbonation levels.
Can it fill glass and PET?
Yes, it is able to fill both formats.
What if I need more or less output?
For small batches, our semi-automatic isobaric fillers are ideal for 200-600 bph. Look towards our TECNA lines for speeds up to 40,000 bottles per hour.
