America Isobaric Monoblock Filler

The AMERICA series of rotary isobaric fillers can be supplied as a freestanding filler or a complete monoblock with rinser, filling and capping turrets. Apart from the traditional mechanical filling operation, AMERICA can be offered with an electro-pneumatic process allowing for complete control during the various filling phases. Pre-evacuation, CO2 injection, pressurisation, filling, levelling and degassing can all be individually controlled with the electro-pneumatic process, guaranteeing continuous and constant performance of the filling valve. AMERICA is suitable for both glass and PET bottle formats.
