Semi-Automatic Isobaric Filler

This semi-automatic isobaric monoblock is designed to handle the rinsing, filling and capping of bottles, featuring a 6 head rinser and filler alongside a single head capper. This unit operates using an electro-pneumatic system, and the capping turret can be configured for either 26/29mm crown seals or corker-wirer applications, offering flexibility based on production needs. Suitable for bottle sizes ranging from 350 mL to 1L, the unit is built on a robust AISI 304 stainless steel base. It supports a maximum production of 600 bottles per hour and includes pneumatic bottle lifting for efficient handling. The system allows for the memorisation of up to 16 different product or bottle types and is operated via a user-friendly PLC touch screen interface.
