Dualfill Isobaric Filler

The Dualfill is a mechanical isobaric filling system designed for carbonated products like beer, soft drink and wine. Its advanced valve design manages each filling phase with precision, while the double pre-evacuation process provides excellent protection against oxygen contact, ensuring the products integrity and freshness. The Dualfill can be configured for productions up to 2000 bottles or 2500 cans per hour and is suitable for glass, cans, PET and other containers. The rinser can be supplied with one or two treatments using either fixed or mobile nozzles, and the unit accommodates all common closure types. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the frame and structure ensure durability and hygiene while each station is safeguarded by a ball clutch and signalling sensor. The unit is controlled using a touchscreen display for simple and intuitive operation.
