MEC-ISO Isobaric Filler

The MEC-ISO filler from Eurostar is a counter pressure mechanical filling machine specifically designed for carbonated products. Its precision valve manages each phase of the filling process, while the double pre-evacuation provides excellent protection against oxygen contact, preserving products quality and freshness. The MEC-ISO offers a range of configurations and options, with units available from 1000 bottles per hour. It is suitable for glass, PET and other polymer bottles, with rinsing or blowing options available as one or two treatments using fixed or dynamic nozzles and it accommodates all common capping and sealing options such as cork, ROPP and caps. The unit is manufactured out of AISI 304 stainless steel and has simple operation with a colour touchscreen.
