Ecofill Easy Start
The Ecofill Easy Start is an entry level manual bag in box filler. The operator removes and refits the cap by hand, and the machine takes care of the fill itself, dosing each bag to a set volume through an electromagnetic flow meter. A second press of the start button caps the bag. It suits smaller producers moving from hand filling to accurate, repeatable fills without the cost of a semi-automatic machine. It's ease of use and stainless construction make it an ideal choice.

Fill volume is measured by an electromagnetic flow meter fed by a centrifugal pump for consistent bag fills.
Touch screen control
Set the fill capacity from the touch screen. Changing between bag sizes is quick and doesn't need a technician.
Hands free during filling
A pneumatic piston above the filling spout holds the auxillary arm in place while the bag fills. The operator doesn't have to hold anything, so they can make up the next carton while the machine works.
