Ecofill Probox
The Ecofill Probox is an easy to use semi-automatic bag in box filler. The operator places the bag on the gripper claw and presses start. The machine then uncaps, vacuums, fills, injects nitrogen and recaps the bag in one automatic cycle. It suits producers who want the product protection and fill accuracy of a professional filler without committing to a fully automatic line. The Probox also features a wider semi-automatic range, with options including hands-free cycle starts, running web-fed bags, and twin heads for higher output.

Automatic capping and uncapping
The cap is removed and refitted by the machine, not by hand. That takes a slow, repetitive step out of the operator's day and gives a consistent closure on every bag.
Pre-vacuum and nitrogen injection
Air is drawn out of the bag before filling, and nitrogen is injected before capping. Together they limit oxygen pickup during the fill, which matters most for oxygen sensitive products.
Electromagnetic flow meter
Fill volume is measured by an electromagnetic flow meter fed by a centrifugal pump, for accurate, repeatable fills from bag to bag.
