Ecofill Master
The Ecofill Master is a fully automatic bag in box filler, built for continuous (web-fed) bags. After the operator threads the first bag onto the guide, the machine feeds, fills, cuts and drops each bag into its carton automatically. There's no loading bags one at a time and no manual transfer into the box. It's built for producers who have outgrown semi-automatic filling and need higher, more consistent output from their filling line. It is capable of running up to 798 bags per hour, and can fill bags from 1.5L to 20L. Aseptic versions also available.

High-precision magnetic meter
Fill volumes are controlled by a high-precision magnetic counter for accurate, repeatable fills bag after bag. That means less giveaway and more consistent packs.
Continuous bag feed
Runs from a continuous web of bags rather than individual loose bags. The operator places the first bag on the drag guide, and the machine then indexes each bag into position automatically. Changing reels replaces constant bag-by-bag handling.
Pre-vacuum and nitrogen injection
Air is evacuated from the bag before filling, and nitrogen is injected after filling. Together they reduce oxygen in the finished pack, which protects colour, aroma and shelf life in oxygen-sensitive liquids.
