STS Rotary Labellers

STS rotary labelling machines apply front, back, neck, collar and full-wrap labels to bottles, cans, jars and shaped containers at up to 12,000 units per hour. Each container sits on its own rotating plate, driven by stepper motors, so labels land in exactly the right place, even on shaped bottles and complex label sets. STS builds its machines in Italy, with more than 20 years in labelling-machine design, for food, beverage, dairy, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical producers. These units are ideal for when producers who need speeds of more than 5000 bottles per hour, need to apply three or more labels, or with shaped containers.
