Tecna HF Hot Fill System

The TECNA HF is an electro-pneumatic hot filling system for still beverages in glass and PET bottles, maintaining fill temperatures between 85–89°C via controlled product recirculation. Filling is level-controlled with short, narrow tubes to protect bottle necks. A swirl system gently guides the product into the bottle, displacing air via a vent tube. Each filling valve includes a pneumatic recirculation valve with a Teflon membrane, allowing product to be reheated if temperature drops. During steady production, recirculation is halted to ensure zero product return. The system integrates easily with pasteurisers and includes an external buffer tank to prevent downtime during speed variations or brief line stops. Optional light vacuum filling enables handling of higher-density products. With PLC-stored recipes, fast format changeovers, and optional centralised fill-level adjustment, the TECNA HF offers high flexibility. A special bottle lifter allows base-handling of glass bottles and neck-handling of PET. Available with 12 to 110 valves, filling up to 40,000 bottles per hour.
