Tecna ISO-P Isobaric Filler

The TECNA ISO-P FM is an electro-pneumatic, volumetric filling system for carbonated and still beverages in PET bottles, using neck-handling movement. Bottles from the air conveyor are lifted to the filling valve by a pneumatic neck-handling lifter. CO₂ flushing of empty bottles can be performed based on touchscreen-selected recipes. Once pressurised, the filling valve opens and the product flows gently along the bottle wall—guided by a swirl system—for a smooth, foam-free fill. The incoming product displaces gas, which is returned to the tank via a vent tube. Filling stops automatically once the preset volume is reached, controlled by a magnetic flowmeter. A snifting valve then reduces pressure in the neck before discharge. With PLC-stored recipes and fast format changeovers, the system easily adapts to different products and carbonation levels. Available from 12 to 110 valves, it can fill up to 40,000 bottles per hour.
