TECNA ISO-VP Isobaric Filler

The Matrix Tecna ISO-VP is an electro-pneumatic filling system designed for carbonated beverages in both glass and PET bottles. Recipes are easily selected via touchscreen, with options for pre-evacuation phases. Once bottles are pressurised, the swirl-assisted filling system delivers a smooth, foam-free fill. Available with 12 to 110 valves, the system can process up to 40,000 bottles per hour, depending on the product. Gas displaced during filling is returned to the tank via a vent tube. When the liquid reaches the vent, the valve closes automatically. An optional self-level correction system ensures accuracy, even with narrow-necked bottles. A snifting valve gradually reduces pressure before bottles exit. Thanks to PLC-stored recipes and quick format changeovers, the ISO-VP adapts easily to different products or carbonation levels. A special bottle lifter accommodates both glass and PET formats with minimal downtime.
